Online Web Orders
Online web orders are made-to-order. They may take up to two (2) weeks after payment is processed as it's dependent on available parts and the level of labor intensity for the purchased item(s). For more than one ordered item, partial deliveries may occur.
JANE KIM is dedicated in creating a positive experience for our customers. If you are dissatisfied with your merchandise returns will be accepted only within seven (7) days of your order's arrival. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Merchandise must be returned in new and re-sellable condition with all the packaging and tags to when you received the order. Used merchandise can not be returned unless defective. Sale items and promotional code items are non-returnable or exchangeable.
Refunds will be made to the value of the original payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. JANE KIM is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit..
We will repair any jewels purchased through JANE KIM. Please email email@example.com and be sure to include your name, telephone number, and a brief description of the problem. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed. For items purchased within six (6) months, repairs are free of charge. If your purchase through JANE KIM is more than six (6) months, you will be charged 25,000KRW for the repair. For merchandise that need extensive work, additional costs may apply which will be determined after receiving the piece at our studio. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. Due to the nature of our products, certain components needed to repair older items may be repaired (with your permission) with comparable materials .
JANE KIM jewels are hand-crafted and involve wirework. For metal materials, some oxidation should be expected although the rate at which a piece oxidizes is directly related to the PH balance of wearer’s skin and natural environment.
